The winter rains have left early, giving room for spring. Flowers have bloomed all over the island, carpeting the woods and fields in color.

Now that the pirate season is returning, the Abbey-Dwellers will need to be on the look-out.

Green Briar Abbey is built on the coast of a small island west of Salamandastron. It is built in the only cove on the island, complete with docks and a shipyard. Sturdy stone walls encircle three sides of the Abbey, ending in two towers that guard the harbor entrance. The Abbey is set back on a flat plain above the harbot, protected by an inner wall.
The rest of the island is hilly, with a large forest at the abbey's back. There are rolling fields that end in sharp cliffs that drop to the ocean below. The only way onto the the island is through Kymarr Harbor.
